Another baby!! It’s like Christmas but better!!
The title of this post is also the Title of A book I read many years ago
The message of the book which is still with me today is that the greatest lessons and the profoundest heights of the spiritual path can be found in our everyday life.
As many of you know we heat our house with wood using a wood boiler.
Last week when there was a break from the cold and snow we had been having Kristin and I put up about two week worth of wood for burning.
We use a heavy duty Stilh chainsaw and a Peavey dog hook to roll the logs and then stack by the boiler
And yea we also carried water (through the hydrant) to the cows, pigs and birds this day.
All in all a very good day.
TJ and Kristin
Connect the community to agriculture with a convenient location filled with high quality locally produced products. We will provide an inviting environment for families and others to experience. To that end we have been holding open farm day the first Saturday of each month all summer long. We have met many wonderful people and made new friends.
The first Saturday of October will be the last open farm dad of 2011 and we will be discussing the availability of grass fed beef and pork will all of our visitors.
